- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped

- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 levels C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
