Kelewele (Spicy Fried Plantains)

  • salt to taste

Instructions :

Prep : 10M Cook : 8M Ready in : 15M
  • Heat oil in a deep-fryer or big saucepan to 350 stages F (175 levels C). Place plantains in a bowl.
